I have not been going out much lately but the last two times I have gone to Copper Penny I was pleased with the waitstaff. The food is always good, but our server Grant was really on top of things. I even asked him about the training at Copper Penny since his service was noticeable in such a positive way. He said they provided training and based on the last experience the owners have put a great training program in place. Everyone is on top of things.
